Before entering into the field of real estate, Andre spent more than 12 years at some of the most prestigious universities in the country – UW and USC, managing their sports sponsorship departments. During his time as Vice President-General Manager at UW, Andre negotiated the Alaska Airlines 41M Naming Rights deal, which paved the way his huge success as Regional VP-GM Fox/USC. At USC, Andre’ not only negotiated the original United Airlines 69M Coliseum naming rights (the largest naming rights contract in all of college division), but he also demonstrated his innate ability to lead teams to successful transaction closing.
